If you are a baby boomer (born between 1946 and 1964) you are not only part of the biggest generation ever, but you are also part of the biggest Golf generation in history.
The baby boomers have embraced Golf as a favorite leisure activity and as the number of golfer have increased, so have the number of Golf clubs. Although the cost of playing Golf has come down it is still an expensive activity. You have to pay to play and you have to either rent or buy equipment.
Some boomers may be able to afford to join a Golf club, but if we look at the demographics, most baby boomers will not. Regardless, there will be the green-fees and equipment cost, rented or bought.
How can you save on Golf
Have a Golf budget? The one place you can save some money is on the equipment. And this is how you do it:
Start with doing some research by using the Internet, checking out stores and asking golfing friends. Find out what you will need. If you are a beginner I suggest you start with a cheaper set of clubs. Maybe only a partial set.
