Cleveland Golf Putters
Cleveland Golf is more famous for its lines of wedges and wood clubs, but have an interesting line of putters, thus offering a good variety of choices even though they only have a dozen models in their latest offerings.
Cleveland Golf Putters GM2 Exchange Product Line
These putters are the latest to the top of the line of Cleveland Golf putters. His only particular feature is a set of interchangeable weights that offer gamers the opportunity to customize the clubs and the different conditions or to compensate for certain tendencies in his career putter. That is, if a player tends to hit putts short, more weight can be added to have the ball travel more with the same race. Can be adjusted for fast or slow greens the same way, or to the greens of different types of grass that roll differently. The putter heads can be adjusted from 320 grams to 370 grams and more or less weight may also be added to the head or foot to account for individual preferences areas. There are five putters in this product line, two mallet style designs, two blade inspired putters, and a sort of combination of the two called the boomerang model. The putters are called GM2 Exchange numbers 1 to 5.
Change model 1 is a mallet style putter with heel fuck. The body is made of milled aluminum, and there is a face insert made of lightweight aluminum. Of course, this design will have a high MOI, or moment of inertia, which reduces torque or twist the clubface on putts not hit exactly on the sweet spot. There is a very important adjustment aid, and I personally think this is a nice putter with an excellent design. Model number 2 is has essentially the same features, though a putter fuck center and is available left handed. Exchange model 3 is called Boomerang, which is a pretty good description. The putter seems to have two wings behind the toe and heel of the club, and a rounded arch that forms Section boomerang, bow bending toward the putter face. This model has a double bent shaft. The model number 4 is a design inspired by the leaf. The putter has a bent neck axis and an axis of ¾ of compensation. Your body is made of stainless steel sheet 304. This club also comes in left handed models. Finally, Model 5 is essentially the same as the number 4 with a few exceptions. This putter has a plumber hosel and a 1 ½ shaft offset. Both the number 4 and 5 are the heel and toe weighted to increase the MOI of the putters.
Cleveland Visual Performance (VP?) Golf Putters
This line of putters is whether the three clubs and sports a unique feature. That is, these clubs have an alignment aid that allows the player to be sure your head is directly over the ball and hands are in position. A number of experts believe that the player's eyes should be directly over the ball, including Dave Pelz, the well-known short game guru and author of "Putt Like the Pros" and other books. In any case this alignment feature allows the player to make sure it is lining up the same every time, and this should help minimize the inconsistencies in his motion. VP 1 putter is a blade inspired design with a plumber hosel and shaft inclined track displacement. It also has a soft elastomer face insert for improved feel and control. V2 The putter head is much like the V1, but it has a different hosel putter. It has what is called C-neck hosel with a median line of travel. The insert same face and AIDS are the alignment of the two clubs. The V3 model is a great looking mallet style putter (I confess to liking deck with a modern look and design). This putter will have an exceptionally high MOI, and has a double double axle shaft with a ¾-off. All other features are included, such as alignment and aid installation and insertion face.
Designed by the putters-in limited editions for a little nostalgia
The Designed By 1905 is a remake of the old style of Blade Calamity Jane. Cleveland has incorporated a soft metal material previously introduced into wedges that has been acclaimed for providing a soft feel. If you really like the old traditional styles but appreciate the latest technology, designed by the series might be for you. The Designed in 1948 looks like a Bull's Eye Old style, but again using more modern materials. Both putters come with soft leather grips to complement the nostalgic style.
I really like the line of Cleveland Golf Putter. Has much to offer, several areas of innovation, unique, and quite a few options for a line with only a dozen bids. A good number of professionals on the PGA Tour are using these putters, so it should perform, just like that.
